These dogs are turned over to research labs for a miserable existence (not LIFE) tortured until they are exhausted physically and mentally, if they survive the vile depraved "White Coat's" Frankenstein experiments and tests. An unforgivable betrayal to "Mans Best Friend", and our citizens accept and sit silently at this crime. Thanks for informative article.
