They regularly murder blacks. Remember the guy they shot in NYC FORTY TIMES because he was reaching for a wallet. Remember the guy in NYC they anally raped with a nightstick. Go do a google search on SWAT raids. There are 40,000 of them each year, with hundreds directed against completely innocent people. During all these they kill dogs, babies, wreck houses. The idea that the thug in question here needed to shoot an 11 pound dog is utterly absurd. The police NEVER punish there own. This is yet one more example of police thuggery.
