		<description>Honestly, the incidents just keep getting more and more ominous--and more frequent! This one is even more terrible because it is so calculated.

I&#039;m not a &quot;cat person,&quot; but this is also the second time I&#039;ve heard an animal-rescue person remark that a cat was purring at some terrible juncture. The first was the Baltimore cat who was set afire and burned. I just want to point out that a cat&#039;s purr doesn&#039;t always signal contentment. I believe they also purr when they are upset, agitated, or in pain or distress.</description>
