HE SHOULD HAD TO SUFFER THE SAME EXACT WAY THAT THE PUPPY HAD TO FOR THE SAME LENGTH OF TIME. But for some reason that is inhumane. He should have to suffer mentally or physically or both. He deserves to suffer.

His explanation for this violent act against this defenceless puppy defies reason. Is it possible he was raised in the same violent manner? If so this family needs to be investigated by CPS. I fear the next victim will be his own baby.
