Until the law changes and dog lovers (pitbull lovers) stand together against killing these animals the mindset WILL not change! And they can be rehabbed!!!
I have 2! And they are the most faithful, gentle animals I have ever owned. Touger laws with these idiots that fight these dogs!!

Vick was never even charged with fighting dogs, now he makes magabucks playing professional football (badly, IMHO). What message do you think that sends?

I believe the Rescues and ASPCA who gathered these dogs must insist in court that the people rsponsible MUST pay to the fullest extent to the law. All of thise dog fighters should be in prison for every dogs life they caused death onto, they need to pay by being in prison for 10 years!!!!! Our laws need to be stronger and they also need to befollowed. These Judges MUST put them in jail for the most of everything.Thats one big problem we have is that Judges wont infringe the whole punishment on them. Problem being is younger teens see that and then thats what they will start doing for money. This VICIOUS cycle wil never stop until te Judges put these maggots away for the longes time possible!! No parole, no good behavior!!The public all over the world needs to know we wont take this horriffic acts on our animals anymore!! Not 1 more day. Not 1 more minute!! This is a very serious problem that people are handling as if it were a misdemeiner. Please people, write your state reps over and over until you get someone to do something. you will gwt alot of stero type bull letters, but dont stop until u feel you have gotten somewhere. This case can be made a great example to stop animal abuse! We need the right person to stand up and shout!! Take control over and use this story as a learning tool. Nake America see what can happen when using our animals as killing machines, They are not and wasn’t put on earth to be fighting dogs, They are here to be our pets…..something we love, preotect and care for. If anyone cares for these poor dogs…..please make it happen!! Anyone with any good ideas, let me know! Pm me tho, I would never see it on the feed wall.

James I hated what happened with HSUS and the Vick dogs as well as some other fight cases but they have genuinely changed and I believe they no longer act in such a fashion. I’m sorry to hear that this is actually a dogfighting operation, I was hoping it was just a horrible neglect case, as awful as that sounds.

If the court listens to advice from the Humane Society of the United States, then all the dogs will die because they will be labeled as dangerous by those power-hungry incompetents. The H.S.U.S. said the Vick dogs could not be rehabilitated, but fortunately the court in that case didn’t listen to that organization and today many of those dogs are living in home as cherished pets. In fact, some are even certified therapy dogs.
