Sounds like this guy is a psychopath/sociopath. He didn’t stab the dog because of a cat. He snapped with no reason, or there is some unknown dark reason.

Kudos to Deputy Sorrells. Since the owner thought the dog should be put down because it hurt a kitten, let’s apply the same logic to him, and put HIM down!
