Most people are just unaware of the Laws and Service Dogs. In my case, I am able commutate and I do speak to Business Owners, Risk Loss Businesses, State, County, City, Schools, Medical Facilities, Code Enforcement, Law Enforcement, and Animal Control. As to the ADA Title III, my State, County, and City Laws pertaining to Service Dogs.
Hang in there, most people are just ignorant when it comes to Service Dogs and can be educated. I carry a half dozen tri-fold brochures and a single sheet which has the Penal and Civil Laws for my State, County, and City.
